feat(wcm): sharpen release page and evidence - #33

Summary

• lead with the closed-weight deployment outcome and a fail-closed demonstration
• add commit-pinned proof metrics, launch use cases, a trust-path diagram, and persona-specific participation paths
• add a WCM-specific social card and precise independent-project/founding-sponsor language
• link hardware claim boundaries to primary research and tracked production-runtime work
• add CI checks for proof parity, social metadata, responsive styles, and internal navigation
